SHIPPING & REFUNDS
SHIPPING POLICY
We aim to pack and post every order within 24 hours. We send with Royal Mail: 2nd class Tracked 48 costs £2.50 and 1st class Tracked 24 costs £3.50, and UK delivery is free on orders over £40. If there is ever a delay, we'll contact you straight away.
REFUND POLICY
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery on 01904 593 531 or at youldensofyorkshire@gmail.com, and we'll put it right or give you a full refund. We may ask for a photo, or for the product to be returned, to help us look into the problem. Because our chocolates are perishable food, we can't accept returns of unwanted items. This does not affect your statutory rights.
